Following last Sundays torrential rain the MNZ Grand Finals will now be played at Warringah Rugby Park on Sunday 7 September 2008.  Click here to access the fixture list which can also be found in the resource library. 

If a Grand Final is not played by this Sunday the teams will be declared 'Joint Premiers'.

Welcome to Sydney Junior Rugby Union Metropolitan Northern Zone (MNZ). This website contains all the resources to compete in Junior Rugby competitions administered by MNZ.

MNZ represents over 60% of junior rugby in Sydney! We administer community junior rugby union throughout northern Sydney. This area encompasses a geographical area bounded by Drummoyne to Hornsby across to Newport and down to Mosman. This area is represented by four districts being; Northern Suburbs, Gordon, Warringah and Manly.

Age groups catered for within MNZ are from U10 years to Opens (U18) covering over 110 games of rugby each weekend (age groups 6-9 years of age are administered by their local districts).

We run graded competitions on Friday nights and Sundays each weekend from April to August.

Our community clubs are each affiliated with one of the four Districts within MNZ. To find a club near you please use respective heading to the left.

Our success of being the zone with the greatest number of rugby players is from a proud tradition of players enjoying their sport, parents and officials being actively involved and most importantly supporters being supportive but within the Code of Conduct we closely administer.
